Our filling needles are designed for filling with product and nitrogen and for washing any format. Liquids differ in viscosity and chemical-mechanical properties, so a dedicated needle is developed for each liquid type. All needle types can be manufactured and adapted to any machine in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and food markets. A Mitutoyo SJ-410® roughness test is carried out before shipment.

Description

Heat-resistant pharmaceutical hoses (they keep their properties even when cooled to −50 °C or heated to 280 °C) are widely used in the pharmaceutical industry because they are made from completely non-toxic, odourless material that releases practically no gas when burned. Pharmaceutical hoses come in a huge variety of types, sizes and colours. The advantage of a transparent hose is that its matt-translucent finish (heat-resistant silicone rubber) lets you monitor the flow of product.

Description

The PK 20 PF is a versatile, reliable and accurate tabletop piston filling machine for viscous liquids. This piston filler can handle both liquid and highly viscous products. It is equipped with a high-precision three-way valve mechanism with hopper fittings, a product cylinder and nozzles. The operator loads material into the hopper, sets the required fill volume and places an empty container under the nozzle. A simple press of the foot pedal doses an exact amount of product from the hopper into the container.

Description

Empty containers are fed to the PK CFM manually or automatically via a rotary table. A belt conveyor delivers them to the filling station, where the containers are pushed through a chute onto a platform under the nozzles and filled. The filled containers then move to the accumulation platform, and the process continues with an accuracy of ±0.1%.

Filling accuracy surpasses competing tube fillers in this speed range. All pneumatic controls are easily accessible without stopping the machine.

PK 60 PL – A

Description

The PK 30 PL / Combo is a fixed-speed tube filling and sealing machine rated at 45 tubes per minute. It is designed to fill and seal plastic, plastic laminate and aluminium laminate tubes up to 50 mm in diameter with a maximum fill volume of 250 ml. Tubes are loaded manually, while filling and sealing are automatic. Coding in the seal area and tube trimming are also performed automatically before discharge.
