Dust cups and bellows for tablet tooling
We recommend using dust cups with punches to provide an additional barrier for the upper punch seals. This also prevents contamination, keeps production running smoothly and reduces cleaning time.
All dust cups are made from approved pharmaceutical-grade material, specially selected for stability, wear resistance, ease of cleaning and flexibility. Although it is an optional accessory, its benefits far outweigh its cost.
We also make bellows from the same pharmaceutical-grade material, preventing contamination and black spots on tablets. The bellows cover the extended part of the punch and retain the lubricant.
