EXCEL 44 blister machine
The EXCEL 44 blister machine is designed for pharmaceutical plants and for the production of vitamins and food supplements. Film materials: PVC / PVC-PVDC / ACLAR / TRIPLEX / PP / ALU-ALU (OPA). The machine is suitable for both cold forming (ALU/ALU) and thermoforming (PVC/ALU) of blisters, and is designed for large production batches.
- Packing speed: 40 cycles/min for thermoforming, 35 cycles/min for cold forming.
- Pneumatics: Festo components ensure fast response, lubrication-free operation, minimal wear, easy maintenance and readily available spare parts.
- Operator interface: user-friendly HMI touch screen.
- Servo indexing: web indexing by servo drive under PLC logic.
- Feeding system: automatic feeding system with PLC logic and pneumatics.
