Stability & Climatic Chambers
We supply climatic and laboratory equipment for pharmaceutical QC laboratories, R&D centres and production sites: ICH stability and photostability chambers, incubators, drying ovens, walk-in climatic rooms, pharmaceutical refrigerators and ultra-low freezers, sterilizers, laminar airflow units and biosafety cabinets.

Stability and photostability chambers
Chambers for long-term, intermediate and accelerated stability testing of medicinal products. They maintain set temperature and humidity with high uniformity throughout the chamber and continuously record the parameters.
- Standard ICH conditions: 25 °C / 60 % RH, 30 °C / 65 % RH, 30 °C / 75 % RH, 40 °C / 75 % RH
- Photostability (ICH Q1B): daylight and near-UV exposure with dose control
- Dual chambers — two independent zones with different conditions in one cabinet
- Monitoring and alarms: data logging, deviation alarms, remote access
Incubators and drying ovens
Equipment for microbiology laboratories and sample preparation with precise temperature control.

Bacteriological incubators
Cultivation of microorganisms at a stable temperature above ambient.
BOD incubators
Cooled incubators for operation below and above ambient temperature.
Cooling cabinets +2…+8 °C
Storage of samples, reagents and reference standards at controlled temperature.
Drying ovens
Drying, heat treatment and depyrogenation of laboratory glassware and materials.
Vacuum ovens
Gentle drying of heat-sensitive and easily oxidised samples under reduced pressure.
Qualification documentation
A document package for qualifying the equipment at your site.
Walk-in climatic rooms
Modular walk-in rooms for storing and testing large batches of product. Assembled on site to fit your room dimensions and the required number of racks.

| Room type | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Walk-in stability chambers | ICH stability testing for large sample volumes |
| Walk-in BOD incubators | Incubation at set temperature in a large volume |
| Walk-in rooms +2…+8 °C | Cold storage of raw materials, intermediates and finished products |
| Walk-in freezer rooms −20 °C | Storage at sub-zero temperature |
| Walk-in ovens | Heat treatment and drying of large items |

Pharmaceutical refrigerators and freezers
Equipment for storing medicines, vaccines, biological samples and reagents at a stable temperature with protection against excursions.
- Pharmaceutical refrigerators +2…+8 °C
- Freezers −20 °C, −40 °C, −80 °C
- Ultra-low temperature freezers down to −86 °C
- Storage safety: audible and visual alarms, temperature logging, locks

Steam sterilizers (autoclaves)
Sterilizers for laboratories and production: sterilization of culture media, glassware, instruments, garments and waste.
- Vertical sterilizers in various volumes for laboratories
- Horizontal double-door sterilizers (pass-through) for clean zones
- Pulsating vacuum sterilizers for porous loads
- Media preparators

Laminar airflow units and biosafety cabinets
Equipment for aseptic work and protection of the operator, product and environment in microbiology and pharmaceutical laboratories.
- Laminar airflow units with horizontal and vertical flow
- Class II biosafety cabinets
- For stricter containment — isolators and RABS

FAQ
What storage conditions are required for stability testing?
Under ICH Q1A, long-term studies are typically run at 25 °C / 60 % RH or 30 °C / 65–75 % RH, and accelerated studies at 40 °C / 75 % RH. Exact conditions depend on the climatic zone of the market and the product.
How does a stability chamber differ from a standard incubator?
A stability chamber controls both temperature and relative humidity with high uniformity and records the parameters to document the study. A standard incubator controls temperature only.
When should I choose a walk-in room instead of a cabinet?
When you need to store large sample volumes or packaged product on pallets and racks. The room is built from panels to fit your space.
Do you provide installation and start-up?
Yes. We deliver the equipment, carry out installation, commissioning and operator training, and provide service and spare parts.
Describe your task — we will select the equipment and send you a quotation.
