Cell and gene therapy isolator
A cGMP Class A / ISO 5 cell culture isolator that creates a safer environment for cell culture than biosafety cabinets, clean booths or standard cleanrooms, eliminating the risk of human contamination of cultures. Intended for development of autologous cell and gene therapies involving activation and transduction with viruses and viral vectors. An integrated incubator, controlled via the isolator HMI, maintains temperature, humidity, CO₂ and O₂ levels. Equipped with integrated VPHP generator, bag-in/bag-out safety filtration, RTP ports for solid and liquid transfer and an AISI 316L control panel.
